to share the tools and experiences I've received through Yin Yoga -in the magical Island I'm happy to call HOME..."
Through my journey from Designer to Ski Instructor to Yoga Teacher, I've always had a passion to share the happiness I find in connection to nature, art, movement and self discovery.
the joy in teaching for me, has always been about curating and delivering an exceptional experience; in my yoga journey (and life), the most memorable and significant events, are an immersion of awareness into discovering and experiencing connections, sensations, emotions and being entirely and profoundly present.
this is always at the heart any class or training i lead - connecting you to the simple and beautiful art of presence.
Building YinSide Yoga as a platform to share these teachings, tools and beautiful products is the result of all of my experiences and loves put together, just for you.
